Benchmarked against EU iGaming and Stockholm tech every six months. Bands published internally, no negotiating-by-stamina.

Real options — not symbolic. Vesting four years, one-year cliff, accelerated on change of control. Standard Swedish QESO scheme.

Two days in office for most roles, three for product/leadership. Some roles are remote-EU. Stated on every job spec.

Four weeks on top of public holidays. Sweden statutory plus four. Use them — leave isn't optional culture here.

ITP1-equivalent pension contribution, occupational health, life and disability cover. Equivalent in MT/UA.

Mac or Linux, monitor, chair, desk. €3,000 budget every two years. No procurement queue, no five-quote rule.

€2,500 per year. Conferences, courses, books, certifications, AI tooling. Manager approves, no committee.

Top-up to 100% salary for 6 months across all genders. Sweden statutory plus the difference, paid by Scout.

Work two weeks a year from any other Scout office. Stockholm folks in Malta in February, Lviv folks in Stockholm in June — encouraged.
