Not a global table in English. A face your players already follow, hosting in their language, in character exactly as they know them from television.

And they cannot tell it is generated. Photoreal, conversational, reacting to the hand in front of them. The question stops coming up after the first minute.

The profile is yours to choose. Bring a name you already have a relationship with, or we source and contract one in your market on your behalf. Either way the likeness agreement is signed before a table goes live.

Then the part that changes the maths: the profile earns from their own table, so they promote it to their own audience. The host is also the marketing budget.

Standard rules, standard maths. The dealer is what changes. Roulette and blackjack lead the build; the rest follow on the same render pipeline. The portfolio covers what actually fills floors in Europe, Asia and the US.

Real celebrities.
Real faces your
players follow.

Footballers, actors and presenters hosting their own table, with a commercial reason to sell it themselves.
— 01 · PRODUCT
A host at the table
The recognisable face players sit down with. Photoreal, conversational, and available in every market at once instead of one studio shift a week.
— 02 · BRAND
A brand on the lobby
Their name carries weight before a player has placed a single bet. An exclusive table nobody else in the market can offer.
— 03 · DISTRIBUTION
And a channel to their own audience
This is the part that changes the economics. The profile has a direct financial interest in filling their own table, so they promote it where their audience already is.

What you get
as an operator.

Six structural advantages that come from the tables being generated rather than filmed.
// 01
Local names, not global ones
A profile your market actually follows, in character exactly as their audience knows them. Same voice, same manner, same face.
// 02
Tables without a ceiling
Table count scales with compute, not floor space. Open a table because one segment wants it.
// 03
Every language on one table
The host switches language per player. One table serves every market you hold a licence in.
// 04
Open around the clock
No shifts, no breaks, no off-peak closures. The 3am table runs exactly like the 9pm table.
// 05
Dedicated and exclusive
Your own branded tables and hosts, exclusive to you in your markets. Not a shared feed.
// 06
Marginal cost per table
Seasonal skins, event tie-ins and single-market formats stop needing a business case.

The AI never
touches the
outcome.

This is the question every regulator and every operator asks first, so it is worth being blunt about the architecture.
// WHAT THE AI DOES
Renders the table and talks to the player.
Dealer appearance, motion, voice, dialogue, the room behind them. Presentation only. The model is downstream of the result and has no input into it.
// WHAT DECIDES THE GAME
The game engine, fully separate.
Every card, spin and roll comes from the game engine and is logged separately from the render layer, so the maths can be checked without looking at a single pixel.
Licensing path
Launch on Swedish and Greek licences in Q4 2026, then the wider regulated EU rollout. All subject to regulatory process.
Audit trail
Full outcome logging per round: bet, settlement and timestamp. Retained and queryable for regulatory review and dispute resolution.
Responsible gambling
Your existing limits, time-outs and self-exclusions are honoured at table level. Host dialogue carries guardrails: no encouragement to chase losses, no comment on a player's spend.
Likeness & disclosure
Named profiles require a signed likeness and commercial agreement. Tables are labelled as AI-generated in line with market disclosure requirements.
Information security
Operated within Scout's existing security programme, with ISO 27001 certification in scope and subject to final certificate confirmation.

Questions
we get asked.

The ones that come up in every first call. Anything not covered here, ask us directly.
Can the AI influence whether a player wins?+
No. Outcomes come from the game engine, which sits entirely outside the render layer. The model is downstream: it is told what happened and then renders the dealer reacting to it. It has no read or write access to the result.
Will players notice the dealer is generated?+
In testing, they stop asking. A believable dealer is a narrower problem than a believable film: fixed frame, controlled lighting, short interactions. Tables are still labelled as AI-generated where market rules require disclosure.
How long does integration take?+
If you already run Scout fantasy, it is a configuration on the same API rather than a new integration. For a new operator it is a standard REST + WebSocket integration against your existing wallet and KYC. Timeline is scoped per client after a technical call.
Which licences will the product run under?+
Launch is on Swedish and Greek licences in Q4 2026, followed by the wider regulated EU rollout. All are subject to regulatory process and we will not go live in a market before clearance.
Do we need a new wallet or a second login?+
No. Session token passthrough on your existing account, bets and settlement against your wallet. No migration, no KYC re-collection, no second login for the player.
Which games are available at launch?+
Roulette and blackjack are the launch titles for Q4 2026. Baccarat is planned for 2027, with sic bo, game shows and custom formats under evaluation on the same pipeline.
How do celebrity or branded dealer tables work commercially?+
Through a signed likeness and commercial agreement covering the individual, their representation, the markets and the revenue terms. The model is revenue share rather than an appearance fee, so the profile has a direct interest in promoting their own table to their own audience.
Can we have a table nobody else can offer?+
Yes. Original AI hosts are built exclusive to one operator, and named profiles carry market exclusivity within the terms of their agreement. Your branding sits on the table, the felt and the interface.
How do responsible-gambling controls apply?+
Your existing limits, time-outs and self-exclusions are honoured at table level before a bet is accepted. Host dialogue carries guardrails: no encouragement to chase losses and no comment on a player's spend.
Can we see it before committing?+
Yes. A small number of operators join the closed preview before Q4, which includes a live demo, the technical spec and input on table formats and host design under NDA.
