Scout has been around since 2013 — the engine, the patents, the operator relationships. New ownership. New leadership. A platform we're rebuilding from the rail up. This is the part where it gets loud.
In April 2026, Impact Win acquired Scout. The share purchase agreement was signed on 10 March 2026; the share transfer closed on 22 April 2026. The IP, the operator contracts, the regulatory footprint — all of that stayed. Over the next twelve months, almost everything else is changing: ownership, leadership, product roadmap, and where the money goes when a wager settles. And this time we're not rebuilding alone — our operators are in the driver's seat. Every roadmap call, every release, every impact decision goes through them first. Keep what took a decade to build. Rebuild the rest, with the people who actually run the books.
Fantasy has been the most under-built layer in iGaming for a decade. Operators kept treating it as a marketing widget. We're treating it as the core engagement product — and we're going to ship it like one.
Eight years in IT management and product development — most recently as CEO of This is Deploy in Stockholm, building digital products alongside game development studios and operator-side clients. The job at Scout is the same craft, scaled up: take two organisations, find the duplicate work, kill it. Make AI native to how we operate.
For years, "give back" lived in a CSR PDF. We're moving it into the wager itself. A larger share of every play routes straight to grassroots clubs — visible in the lineup screen, settled on the receipt, audited every quarter. Not a side project. Part of the game.
