Required skills

3+ years of sports betting or gambling experience;
Experience working as a product/project manager in a modern, agile online company.
General understanding in the areas of application programming, internet, database and system design.
Strong ability to understand and synthesize business requirements.
Proactive attitude: You find and evaluate problems to solve, rather than documenting stakeholder requirements.
Strong understanding of what non-functional requirements are and how to develop and prioritize them during the product development cycle.
Good leadership skills. You have to know what it is that you want to achieve, can inspire others to follow your vision and have the drive to push your ideas through to execution.
Strong ability to express yourself in writing, develop clear specifications and act as a liaison between development, business, design and QA.
Cultural awareness and ability to work in an international environment.
Strong negotiation skills, and ability to safeguard the company’s interests.
Fluent English (our company language).

As a plus

Experience with sports betting or gambling/gaming industry.
University degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent technology degree preferred.
Experience in leading cross-functional and dispersed teams.
Business analysis background.

Responsibilities

Request Management: Efficiently document and prioritize client requests, ensuring they are well-understood by the project team. Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring to fulfill client needs.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, receiving project requests, clarifying requirements, and providing regular updates on project progress.
Complaint Resolution: Handle client complaints promptly and professionally, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
Technical Integration: Lead the technical integration process with new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective utilization of our services.
Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to team members to meet project goals.
Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain project documentation, track KPIs, and report project status to senior management and clients.
