# Scout Gaming

> Scout Gaming is a B2B fantasy sports and pool betting platform provider. We supply licensed sportsbook operators with a fantasy layer that plugs in on top of their existing wallet, KYC and back office — adding engagement, retention and a younger demographic without operators having to build it themselves.

Scout has been in the fantasy vertical since 2013. Two operating entities hold the regulatory footprint:

- **Scout Ltd** (Malta company C 64899) — B2B supplier licence holder
- **Scout & Co Limited** (Malta company C 81596) — B2C licence holder

In March 2026 the business was acquired by Impact Win Group AB. Closing took place in April 2026. New leadership is rebuilding the platform with a smaller, AI-native organisation and a closer operator-collaboration model.

The product is positioned around one promise: **the fantasy layer your sportsbook is missing.** Drafts, pick'em and private leagues, configurable per operator, designed to plug into an existing book without wallet migration or KYC re-collection.

## Brand voice

Scout writes plainly. Numbers come with sources. Names come with roles. The brand mark is lowercase `scout/gaming` with a lime forward slash. We don't use industry jargon ("revolutionary", "game-changing", "disruptive"). We don't capitalise the wordmark. Product claims are framed as planned, designed to, or selected-customer testing unless production evidence is available.
